CalDAV and CardDAV client setup tutorials

Collaoration services: Email messaging alone can no longer fully satisfy today's running business. Thus, a set of useful utilities named 'Collboration Services' came to rescue. Other than email messaging, the services include 'instant messenger', 'file management', 'web content sharing' and 'project mangement and sharing'.

How does an individual share his or her calendar and task with colleagues in the same department? CalDAV! Users can write down preset events on certain days or tasks on the CalDAV-based calendar on any of the valid CalDAV clients, such as Thunderbird's Lightning or Apple OSX/iOS calendar. In a split of seconds, colleagues will have events and tasks synchronized and thus reach the purpose of interactive collaboration.

What is the different between 'an event' and 'a task or todo'?
Event: Some action that is scheduled to happen regardless whether the user is involved or not, such as birthday or shareholder meeting.
Task or Todo: Some scheduled work that has to be done by the user usually with a start time and an end time. As long as the work is done beforehand, there is not much limitation to it.

How does an individual obtain all contact information of his or her company with no hassel?
CardDAV! Users using any of the valid CardDAV clients, such as Apple OSX/iOS addressbook or Bynari WebDAV, can effectively synchronize all contact information within the company.
